After a loooong weekend I can't wait to get back into a normal routine. Go to work, spend time with my friends, and just normal sleeping habits. I do well when I have a routine. I like structure.
I can't figure out where I want to be in the fall though; Lubbock or Austin? I've made a life here in Lubbock but, I miss my family and life in Austin. We will see I guess . . .

Hello from . . . I woke up early to think.
I had some wine last night and sometimes when I have a drink or two I wake up really early for no good reason. This morning I woke up at 6 a.m. and I figured I should just start my day then, so I wrote out intructions for a good friend on operating her blog while she is away helping others and without a phone. I listened to the song that she had my attach to her blogsite and really got to thinking about God and life, anyway, I found this while I was thinking and thought I should share it.
"Times change. God doesn’t, but times do. We learn and grow, and the world around us shifts, and the Christian faith is alive only when it is listening, morphing, innovating, letting go of whatever has gotten in the way of Jesus and embracing whatever will help us be more and more the people God wants us to be."
— Rob Bell
This is a quote from the next book on my list to read, it's called Velvet Elvis. I'm excited!
